Oriental Insurance Company Ltd Policy Renewal
You can purchase and renew general policies from Portal of the Oriental Insurance company limited.
Get yourself registered by providing basic details.
After your registration is completed, you can access wide range of features under Customer’s Dashboard.
You can register your existing policies on the Portal for renewal alerts by sending SMS.
Purchasing New Policy
•    After registration, you can easily buy policies online from OICL.

•    Login and enter all the desired details related to your purchased policy.

•    Follow the instructions for making online payment and select payment mode from Net Banking/ credit card (Visa and MasterCard)

•    For making payments by using Net banking feature, login with your Net banking User Id and password to access your bank account and make payments.

•    For making payments by using Credit Card, submit various details like Name on the Card, 16 digits Card Number, Expiry Date and 3 digit CVC code on the back of the card.

•    After successful payment, you can download digitally signed policy document instantly.

•    You will also receive the policy document at your registered email address.

Renewing existing policies
•    You can also renew your existing policies online from OICL portal.

•    To do so, you need to simply register previous OICL policy.

•    Make payment towards the premium dues for renewing the policy.

•    Follow the instructions for making online payment and select payment mode from Net Banking/ credit card (Visa and MasterCard)

•    For making payments by using Net banking feature, login with your Net banking User Id and password to access your bank account and make payments.

•    For making payments by using Credit Card, submit various details like Name on the Card, 16 digits Card Number, Expiry Date and 3 digit CVC code on the back of the card.

•    After successful payment, you can download digitally signed policy document instantly.

•    Your renewed policy gets registered on the portal automatically and you can avail all the benefits of your policy.
Renewing policy purchased from Other Insurers
•    You can also renew the policies purchased from other insurers.

•    If you are a registered customer, enter relevant policy details and proceed to make the payment for premium dues for renewing the policy.

•    Follow the instructions for making online payment and select payment mode from Net Banking/ credit card (Visa and MasterCard)

•    For making payments by using Net banking feature, login with your Net banking User Id and password to access your bank account and make payments.

•    For making payments by using Credit Card, submit various details like Name on the Card, 16 digits Card Number, Expiry Date and 3 digit CVC code on the back of the card.

•    After successful payment, you can download digitally signed policy document instantly.

•    Once your policy is bought/renewed, it will reflect on the dashboard.
